以人为本的理念构建与行为选择

在我国社会经济发展的今天,以人为本已成为经济和社会管理的普遍原则和新时期一切工作必须遵循的根本理念。但是,这种理念的确立不是一蹴而就的,它经历了思想领域的艰苦斗争。在历史上,曾出现了以非人为本的观念和行为,以神为本、以物为本、以我为本、以权为本等都具有局限性,以人为本是社会发展的必然选择。中国共产党作为我国社会主义建设的领导核心,对此进行了不懈的探索,对以人为本的把握是在实践中不断探索的结果,是对执政规律认识的深化,是对自身执政要求的提高。
