| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,党和国家采取多种优惠政策,从各方面加大对新疆少数民族基础教育的扶持力度,使民族地区的基础教育获得了前所未有的进步;同时,民族地区的基础教育还存在一些不容忽视的问题。我们应该继续加大发展基础教育的宣传力度,强化各级领导干部对教育的责任,以保证基础教育的实效性。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and open policy,the Party and the country have adopted many kinds of preferential policies,enlarged from various aspects Xinjiang minority elementary education support and gained unprecedented progress in basic education of the minority areas.At the same time,also exists some negative problems.We should continue the elementary education propaganda dynamics,and strengthen the responsibility of the cadres at all levels for the education,guarantee the effectiveness of the elementary education. |
