| 摘 要： | 用基尼系数和五等份法来衡量,我国转轨进程中的居民贫富差距呈逐步扩大趋势。现阶段我国的贫富差距是相对差距而非绝对差距,这种差距是在我国国民经济持续快速发展的基础上,在人民总体收入水平普遍提高的过程中产生的收入差距,是在共同富裕的目标下先富后富的差别,它不包含两极分化的内容。居民贫富差距扩大的影响具有双重性,既有积极影响,也有消极效应。 |

| Abstract: | By using Gini-coefficient and five-share method to measure,the tendency of our citizen's richness and poorness appears enlarging step by step during the changing process in our country.There is formal and informal deference of richness and poorness,it can coring the profit increasing if it is in the condition of formal deference of richness and poorness,It can harm the economic operation if it is in the condition of informal deference of richness and poorness directly.It can influence the speed and quality of the whole economic development if we enlarge the deference of richness and poorness.Therefore,it can influence steady society. |
