| Abstract: | While carrying out the spirits of the 17th Congress of the CPC, it is essential to strengthen the construction of harmony-centered campus culture. To build a harmonious campus requires the establishment and improvemert of an implementing system of education, system of organization and administration, humanistic care system and the administrative system of campus environment. Responsibility must be carried out by individuals in the right places with enhanced administrative measures. |
