Discussion on Emotion, Affect and EQ in the View of Anthropological Sociology and Cultural Sociology

The study on emotion and affect is synchronic in the sphere of psychology while diachronic or evolutional in terms of anthropological sociology and cultural sociology. Emotional memory bears distinguished sense of evolutionism because it ensures that human ancestors could escape from dangers and disasters. Consciousness that is incapable of understanding affect is erosive and hypocritical. As an ability of dominant nature, emotion quotient(EQ), which is impetus to human creativity, could break through fixed pattern of thinking, transcend logic framework and even act as an indispensable constituent of social capital and corporate culture.
