| 摘 要： | 分析了福建省整村推进扶贫开发运行机制,从经济发展、基础设施建设、社会事业建设和村级组织建设等方面的绩效进行评价。认为整村推进扶贫开发是加快新农村建设、统筹城乡发展、培养造就新型农民和转变机关工作作风的有效形式。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the operating mechanism of whole village promotion for development-oriented poverty relief in Fujian,and evaluates its performance from economic development,construction of infrastructure,construction of social undertakings,construction of party organization at village level,and so on.After the analysis and evaluation,we believe that the whole village promotion for development-oriented poverty relief is effective pattern for expediting the building a new socialist countryside,balancing urban and rural development,fostering farmers who master modern technologies and knowledge,improving the working styles of government departments. |
