老年急性冠脉综合征与血小板P-选择素表达率的相关性研究

目的探讨血小板P-选择素表达率在老年急性冠脉综合征患者中的变化以及血小板P-选择素与冠脉狭窄程度的相关性.方法应用流式细胞仪对经冠状动脉造影确诊的32例老年急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者、26例稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者和30例老年正常对照者的血小板P-选择素表达率进行了检测,分析了血小板P-选择素表达率与老年冠心病的稳定性、狭窄程度的关系.结果老年急性冠脉综合征患者P选择素的表达率明显高于对照组和稳定性心绞痛组(P＜0.05),而在SAP组和对照组之间无统计学差异.老年冠心病患者冠脉狭窄程度Gensini评分与血小板膜P-选择素表达率之间无很好的相关性(P＞0.05).结论P-选择素参与了炎症反应和血栓形成,血小板P-选择素表达率可作为老年冠心病患者动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的判定指标.

The association between P- selectin and acute coronary syndrome in elderly patients

Objective To investigate the association between P-selectin and acute coronary syndrome in elderly patients.Methods We detected the P-selectin expression on platelets by Flow Cytometry in 32 acute coronary syndrome(ACS),26 stable angina pectoris (SAP) of elderly patients and compared these results with that of 30 healthy elderly subjects.The association of P-selectin and the stability and narrow severity of coronary artery was analyzed systemically. Results The P- selectin expression rate on platelets were elevated in elderly ACS patients than SAP and control patients(P<0.05).The P - selectin expression rate on platelets have no correlative relationship with narrow level of coronary in elderiy patient with coronary heart disease. Conclusion The P- selectin play an important role in the occurrence of ACS in elderly patients and the P - selectin expression rate on platelets can be used as markers of unstable plaque of ACS.
