| 摘 要： | 外出务工人员向流出地的智力回流是促进欠发达地区经济发展和结构转型的重要途径,但这一机制的形成依赖于以"推-拉理论"为基础的个人决策结构.通过研究外出务工人员智力回流的引致机制和智力回流的模式与路径,发现适合我国中部地区的智力回流模式为"农村-外流·回流-就地转移"模式.智力回流在促进欠发达地区农业产业化、发挥比较优势、促进产业结构升级和推进市场化进程方面具有积极的作用.

| Abstract: | The talent back-floating of outgoing farmers-workers is a main approach to promote the economic development and the transfer of structure of the less developed regions,which depends on the personal tactics of push-draw theory.By researching into the causing system and the path of the talent back-floating,this paper finds that the transfer pattern of the talent back-floating is adapt to the middle region of China.And the talent back-floating of outgoing farmers-workers has the positive effect on the agricultural industrialization,the industrial upgrade and the marketization of the less developed regions. |
