德国应用科技大学课程特点及模式研究——以德国罗伊特林根应用科技大学为例

摘    要:德国应用科技大学在人才培养方面的成绩举世瞩目,而其课程又是实现人才培养最重要的载体。德国高校的课程设置通常都需要通过专业性的课程认证标准检验,而罗伊特林根应用科技大学ESB商学院国际商务专业的课程设置更强调“国际性”、“跨学科”和“实践导向”,也很注重“方法”的学习和突出“以学生学习为中心”。为大量培养高素质的应用人才,我国高等教育应借鉴德国的经验,实行模块化课程和目标课程模式,关注课程的质量,融合通识教育与专业教育。

Abstract:Universities of applied-science in Germany have mode great achievements in the world in their excellent curriculums tested by the professional accreditation council. Take the ESB School of Reutlingen University of Applied-science as an example, its curriculums focus on internationalism, interdisciplinarity, practice, methods learning and self-learning. To cultivate more applied talents, this paper suggests that Chinese universities of applied-science should learn from Germany and implement the module curriculum system and the target curriculum module, and pay more attention to the course quality and the blending of general courses and the subject courses.
