新时期中小学校长培训形式、内容研究

摘    要:本研究对555名中小学校长和干训管理人员进行了问卷调查.主要结果中小学校长要求培训形式以脱产学习、半脱产学习为主,以不定期专题学习研讨为辅;教学方法多样化,讲授、自学、研讨、考察等多种方法相结合;培训内容主要围绕教育理论和管理理论两大领域;参训校长学习时间五年内不宜少于280学时,学习间隔最好五年二次或五年一次.

Abstract:The research is an investigative report of the 555 headmasters and administrants of headmaster education.There are four central conclusions in this article,they think that they should be given the priority to full-time or part-time study released from producation to take on other duty and then the study of aperiodicity;the ways of training should be diversiform,attending to lectures,self study,deliberate discussion and seeing about etc;training materials should be mostly about the theory of education and management;the study time for training headmasters should be no less than 280 periods,it is better for them to have a training once or twice every five years
