| 摘 要： | 产业集群对于中小企业的发展起着至关重要的作用,能够为中小企业营造一种具有竞争优势的理财环境。外部经济是产业集群能够提高企业竞争力的内在机理,中小企业在产业集群中可以获得技术外部经济和货币外部经济,从而优化中小企业的理财环境。
