| 摘 要： | 新农村建设的启动给经济欠发达地区农村带来新的变化,表现为面貌新、设施新与机制新。它给我们的启示是:农村的思想道德建设要与为农民造福,推动农村的全面发展紧密结合,要努力建设一个长效机制,在"四个基本"上下工夫;要认真研究农村思想道德建设的规律,发挥好两个优势,运用好三个载体,努力提高农村思想道德建设的实效性。
