The Problem of Intellectual Property Right in the Full-text Service of University Dissertation

The full-text service of university dissertation is an important part in the exploration and utilization of dissertations in university libraries. This paper analyzes the full-text service system of university dissertation and the problem of intellectual property right risks in it,holding that only under the precondition of making clear dissertation's ownership and acquiring the dissertation author's authorization,can the dissertation author's intellectual property right be effectively protected.
