网络远程教育中学习者学习动机的培养

摘    要:学习动机是直接推动学生进行学习的一种内部动力,也是影响学习者学习活动的重要因素。它不仅影响学习的发生,而且还影响到学习进程和学习结果。在网络远程教育中,学习者学习动机的高低是教育成功的关键因素。本文从网络远程教育的特点和学习理论出发,对网络学习者及其特征和动机进行分析,进而提出在网络远程教育中培养学习者学习动机的具体措施。

Abstract:The learning motivation is one kind of inner dynamics of directly promoting learner study,as well as the important factor of influencing learner study activities.It can influence not only the occurrence of study,but also the process and result of study.In the network distance education,the high or low of learners' motivation is the key factor to success of the network distance education.Beginning with the character of the web distance education and the learning motivauion theory,the article analyzes network learners and the character and motivation of learners,moreover proposes how to cultivate the learners' learning mouivation in the network distance education.
