网络远程教育中学习者学习动机的培养

Cultivation of learner's learning motivation in the network distance education

The learning motivation is one kind of inner dynamics of directly promoting learner study,as well as the important factor of influencing learner study activities.It can influence not only the occurrence of study,but also the process and result of study.In the network distance education,the high or low of learners' motivation is the key factor to success of the network distance education.Beginning with the character of the web distance education and the learning motivauion theory,the article analyzes network learners and the character and motivation of learners,moreover proposes how to cultivate the learners' learning mouivation in the network distance education.
