| Abstract: | Since the Third National Educational Conference, the importance of quality education has visen to such a height as is unparalleled in history. This paper expounds the theme of the quality education in the following three aspects: quality of ideology and morality; quality of science and culture and quality of physiology and psychology. It also defines the qualities to be cultivated. |
