| 摘 要： | 介绍了林产品国际贸易现状、贸易与环境问题的背景,阐述了国际上针对非法采伐问题争论的主要进程,并分析了国际上打击非法采伐的实质。通过以上的论述,认为经济全球化的日益发展,必然产生发达国家与发展中国家在森林资源利用问题上的矛盾,非法采伐问题是一次森林资源利用的再分配过程。最后,提出了相关的政策建议。 |
