从“犯罪原因学”走向“犯罪存在学”——重新定义犯罪学概念

严格地说传统犯罪学就是犯罪原因学,这种犯罪学忽略了犯罪的存在,只研究作为犯罪学对象的部分内容而非全部内容,严重阻碍了犯罪学学科的发展。为了犯罪学的科学性,为了犯罪学的发展,犯罪学必须完整、全面地研究自己的对象,必须从犯罪原因学走向"犯罪存在学",即真正的"整体的犯罪现象学"。
