| 摘 要： | 本文运用历史评价与道德评价二元对立的理论,具体地分析和探讨了司马迁在评价法家人物时所表现出来的感情和理性的矛盾性;并以道德评价对历史评价的部分吞并来作为法家人物悲剧命运色彩不浓的主要原因;进而剖析了造成二元对立的主体和客体因素.

| Abstract: | This paper, by applying the theory of dual antithesis of historical and moral evaluations, has made a careful study of SIMA Qian's contradiction between emotion and reason when evaluating the Legalists. It is pointed out that the partial annexation of historical evaluation by moral evaluation accounts for the fact that the tragic destiny of the Legalists is not very typical. Also, the subjective and objective elements leading to the dual antithesis have been studied. |
