| 摘 要： | 完善的法人治理结构是民办高校可持续发展的重要保障。目前,我国相当部分民办高校的法人治理还只是停留在形式上,离《民办教育促进法》及其“实施条例”的要求还有很大距离。推进现代大学制度,完善法人治理结构,已成为促进民办高校可持续发展的现实选择。

| Abstract: | A complete corporation governance structure the an important ensurence to the sustainable development of private universities.Currently,most of corporation governance structure in private universities are nothing but an empty shell.There is still a great distance from the requirement listed in the "Law on the Promotion of Non-government Education in China" and its enactment articles.A perfect corporation governance structure is the practical choice to promote sustainable development of private universities. |
