| 摘 要： | 在科技与经济高速发展的今天,我国党和政府高度重视人才的培养与管理工作。然而,人才成长与成熟有其内在的规律性,我们必须高度认识和正确处理人才培养、成长及人才管理过程中的几个关系。一方面使大批人才脱颖而出,另一方面努力做到人尽其才,为在真正意义上将我国人口大国转化为人才资源强国做出积极努力。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,with the development of science and economy,our party and government attach great importance to personnel training and management of talents.However,there are some regular patterns to cultivate talents.In this paper,the author gives two suggestions: one is to make the best use of men;the other is to do personnel training and management of talents.Only in this way, can China cultivate more talents who can make great contribution to their country. |
