| 摘 要： | 根据不同的高校在办学层次、办学目的和办学方向上的职能划分,提出了针对教学型本科院校办学特点的图书馆管理问题,并结合淮海工学院图书馆的运作实践,系统地就教学型本科院校图书馆的行政业务管理模式、文献资源布局模式、文献资源建设模式、服务模式、队伍建设模式等进行探讨,认为"统中必同,同中必通"的管理模式和坚持"以满足需要为主,以提高利用率、方便管理和最大可能共享为目标"的文献布局模式,以及"流阅一体化、分时分流,利用协作、资源共享"的服务模式和"集中培养,加强培训公关,合理发展"的队伍建设模式,乃是符合多校区、多层次办学的教学型本科院校图书馆的办馆模式。

| Abstract: | As different colleges hold different operational levels, aims and orientations of talent cultivation, the management of libraries should accord with the individual characteristics of each college. Based on the managerial practice of the library in Huaihai Institute of Technology, this paper provides a detailed discussion on the running models of libraries in teaching-oriented colleges, including the model of executive management, the layout and construction models of document resources, the service model and the library team construction model. Besides, the optimal model for each specific aspect is offered to satisfy the general requirements of libraries in teaching-oriented colleges. |
