晚清国际法研究回顾与前瞻

晚清国际法研究是近二十年发展起来的一个新兴研究领域。学界主要就国际法传入中国的时间、林则徐翻译国际法、丁韪良与国际法汉译、晚清知识分子对国际法的认识与态度、国际法对晚清外交的影响等专题展开深入的研究,取得了可喜的学术成果。文章对这些研究的主要观点进行了介绍,同时指出本领域的研究存在的问题及需要改进和深化之处。

A Survey on the Study of International Law in the Late Qing Dynasty

The research on the international law in the late Qing dynasty is a burgeoning research area which develops in recent 20 years.The study focuses on the subjects such as the time of the international law introduced to China,the translation of the international law by Lin Zexu and Ding Weiliang,the cognition and attitude on the international law of intelligentsia in the late Qing dynasty,the influence of the international law on diplomacy in the late Qing dynasty and so on,all of which had obtained academic achievements in this territory.However it is necessary to strengthen and deepen the research on the material and theory.
