| 摘 要： | 哈萨克族是繁衍生息于我国西部地区的一支有着自己悠久历史的、古老的游牧民族，在漫长的发展过程中，创造了具有自己浓郁民族特色的民族法文化。尤其是在涉及婚姻的习惯法当中，更是具有鲜明的民族特色。而且，其中所涉及的婚姻缔结仪式与中国古代的婚姻六礼制度有很多相似之处，通过对二者婚礼仪式的比较，可以找到它们共同的特点。
