| 摘 要： | 公务人员（简称公务员）是政府形象的代言人,其言行好坏,直接影响到国家机关的信誉度,直接关系到党和国家的生死存亡。因此,对公务员中出现的腐败现象进行打击、治理只是手段,而从根本上对其表现形式以及成因进行分析研究,找出行之有效的对策才是目的。

| Abstract: | Official which is short for the public servant is the mouthpiece for the image of the government. What the officials say and what they do will not only influence the prestige of the state organs directly , but have a stake in the country and the Party. Therefore, to crack down on corruption among officials, harness is enforced as a means yet. Only when we analyse the form of expression and the contributing factors of it thoroughly, can we find out the effective countermeasures. |
