Under the attack of the worldwide flourishing association revolution,the researches on the third sector have gradually become an attentive focus of Chinese and foreign scholars.As a sector beyond government and market,the appearance of the Third Sector means the overall transformation of human governance patterns,which has unique functions in restraining government power,providing public goods,etc.However,the third sector isn't "a perfect myth of conduct and behaviour".It has its own deficiencies and is likely out of order,too.The countermeasures are that constructing perfect cultivation mechanism as well as self-binding and other-binding mechanism under the joint efforts of the Third Sector and all circles.
