| 摘 要： | 科学治理多元参与,就是在科技决策与管理活动中实行包括政治主体、科技主体和普通公民在内多方参与的规范化活动。它的政策理念以建构性科学实在论和科技民主价值观为基础;其基本方法原则在于:确保各类公众广泛参与科学治理活动的规范化、普遍提高公众的科学研究能力和知识水平、采取逐步逼近共识的程序。科学治理多元参与的典型模式有争端演化、边界组织和主体际协商模式等。
