摘    要:本文认为国家教师标准的缺失,导致了职前师范教育与在职教师培训课程设置缺乏依据。在职教师专业发展由于培训机构行政职能的越位与专业引领的缺位失去了专业创新动力,教师专业发展走向同质化。此外,教师管理权与使用权的分离消弱了教师对学校的忠诚度。

Abstract:The main problem in teacher management system is the lack of national standards for teachers,which led to the curriculum design being short of basis in the pre-service teacher training and in-service teacher training.As the offside in the administrative functions and the absence in professional leading,the in-service teachers' professional development lost the power of professional innovation.Furthermore,the breakaway of teacher management and employment impaired teachers' loyalty to school.
