商业模式的成型机理、类型划分与演化路径——基于中国战略新兴产业中439家企业的实证分析

商业模式的性能是影响企业经营绩效、可持续竞争优势的一个重要因素,这已经得到越来越多的实例证实,但商业模式到底如何对企业绩效和竞争优势的可持续性产生影响?尤其是,商业模式的成型过程如何组成,其影响因素及其作用机理是什么?迄今人们知之甚少。在容器模型基础上,提出了商业模式成型的两阶段理论,归纳了商业模式蓝图成型阶段和规则成型阶段的问题、路径和成果。提出了商业模式实质构成元素—规则成型的三种途径(T-L-M)。根据商业模式成型影响因素,提出了商业模式类型划分方法,并提出一个描述商业模式从小到大的演变路径模型。
