| 摘 要： | 中巴传统能源资源较为短缺,但电力资源相对丰富,为双方扩大电力合作奠定了基础。中巴深厚的友谊和良好的合作关系以及优惠的电力投资政策,也有利于中巴开展电力合作。本文全面分析了巴基斯坦电力供求形势、中巴电力合作的基础与存在的问题,提出推进中巴电力合作的对策建议。

| Abstract: | China and Pakistan are short of traditional energy resources, but rich of the electric power resource relatively, which is the base of expanding elec- tric power cooperation between the two countries. The deep friendship, good co- operation relationship and favorable electric investment policy are advantageous for Sino - Pak electric power cooperation. Based on a general analysis of energy sup- ply and demand situation of China and Pakistan, this paper proposes several sug- gestions on the promotion of Sino - Pak electric power cooperation |
