关于农村教育城镇化的可行性探讨

目前中国农村教育存在学校布点分散，条件简陋，教师队伍流失严重，教学质量低下等问题，农村教育城镇化是解决这一问题的可行性途径。集中财力、物力在县城、集镇修建教育园区、寄宿制学校，把全县的高中和大部分初中学校办在县城或条件较好的集镇，以吸引优秀大学生在此任教，使广大农村学生享有与城镇学生同等优质的教育资源。教育城镇化对实现完整意义上的城市化意义重大。

On the Feasibility Rural Education of Urbanization
