| 摘 要： | 人文关怀是关注人的存在、发展与超越的理念,探讨＂人文关怀＂理念,挖掘人文关怀的价值,无疑对高校教师的管理具有积极的促进作用。人文关怀视角下的高校管理理念要求高校引导教师追求物质与精神的和谐、追寻科学与人文精神的融合,并实施刚性与柔性的互补管理,这种理念真正体现了＂一切为了人,为了一切人＂的人文精神,对于引导高校教师发展能够发挥积极作用。
