| 摘 要： | 从"收复圣地"计划的提出,到海牙体系的建立,传统的国际间联盟经历了数百年的发展,梳理国际组织的演进过程,国家间交往和国际政治、经济关系的日益发展是国际组织产生、发展的基本因素。工业革命、资本主义发展和欧洲著名思想家具体和平规划与设想是国际组织产生的历史前提和理论准备。经过19世纪国际组织形成时期欧洲协调、海牙体系、国际行政联盟在国际组织的组织结构、组织原则、会议程序等方面的重要的理论和实践探索,为现代国际组织的建立奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Various international organizations have undergone as many as several hundred years.The paper argues that the continuous interchange between different countries in both politics and economics constitute the main reason for establishing such organizations.Industrial revolution and capitalism are also involved in terms of historical precondition and theoretical preparation. |
