| 摘 要： | 随着新农村建设的进行,农村资源环境的可持续利用与保护越来越重要.近年来农村资源利用过程中的环境问题越来越突出,不利于新农村建设的进行.农村资源环境问题在很大程度上是由于农民权益保护的利益机制不健全产生的.从农民权益保护的利益机制完善的视角对农村资源环境问题进行分析,对于解决新农村建设中农村资源利用和环境保护问题、促进和谐社会建设具有重要意义.
