| 摘 要： | 通过对青岛市农业科技现状进行全面调查和系统分析,找出青岛市农业科技在人才资源、创新平台、创新能力、科技投入主体结构等方面存在的问题,并从创新机制、创新体系和创新源动力方面提出提高农业科技创新能力的措施建议。

| Abstract: | Based on comprehensive investigation and analysis of current situation of Qingdao agricultural science and technology,this paper has found out the problems that Qingdao agricultural science and technology has in human resources,innovation platform,innovation ability,and the main structure of investment in science and technology and further proposed suggestions to improve innovation ability for agricultural science and technology from aspects of innovation mechanism,innovation system and innovation power source. |
