| 摘 要： | 医患关系一直以来是人们所关注的热点问题,近年来学术界对医患关系已从伦理学、哲学、组织行为学、博弈论的角度进行了探讨并提出了改善医患关系的可资借鉴的意见与建议。随着医疗服务市场化进程的加快和医疗制度改革的不断深入,以及医疗技术的快速发展与应用,医患之间的委托——代理关系带来的问题日趋突出,因此本文从经济学角度对医患关系及其存在的问题进行分析和思考,并针对中国医疗市场的现状作了实证分析,在此基础上提出了可行性对策与建议。

| Abstract: | A widely-concerned issue,doctor-patient relationship has been explored from different angles of ethnics,philosophy,organizational behavior,and game theory with opinions and advice to improve the relationship put forward.However,with the advancement and deepening of medical system reform,and the rapid development and application of medical technology,the problems triggered by doctor-patient relationship based on the agency by agreement become increasingly prominent.This paper analyses this issue from an economic angle,and proposes feasible countermeasures based on an empirical analysis of Chinese medical market. |
