| 摘 要： | 利用1982-2007年的数据,对我国对外直接投资与进出口关系进行实证研究的结果表明,我国对外直接投资与进出口是互补的,即对外直接投资为出口创造型和进口创造型,故要采取各种切实的政策措施来鼓励对外直接投资,但也不能过分夸大对外直接投资的作用。在积极"走出去"开拓国际市场和利用国外资源的同时,要统筹考虑对外直接投资的规模、结构、区位及相应的政策。
