关于常德细菌战研究的几个问题

常德细菌战是侵华日军四大细菌战之一。中国常德的受害者目前正向日本法院起诉日本政府,要求谢罪赔偿,因此对它的研究具有重要意义。常德细菌战研究因战后美国对日本的细菌战罪行的包庇长期冷寂,近20年来随世界形势变化其研究多有成果,但国内研究滞后于国外研究。为改变这种局面,国内历史学界尤其常德的史学工作者有责任去努力工作。

Issues on Study of the Germ Warfare in Changde

Now, the victims of Changde are prosecuting the Japanese government for apology and compensation, so study of the germ warfare in Changde is of great importance. Because of American shield of the Japanese Crime of the germ warfare after the warfare, it has been cold laid waste for a long time. With the change of the situation in the world, there has been a lot of achievement in its study, but the domestic study was done later than abroad. In order to change the situation,the domestic researcher in the field of history , especially researchers in changde have their responsibility to work hard.
