| 摘 要： | 资源及能力的有限性使得企业在自主创新过程中将面临巨大的风险,而自主创新联盟有助于企业通过知识、技术等资源的互补实现关键技术的突破,以达到共赢。故以石油企业为例,在定性分析的基础上,提出影响石油企业自主创新联盟的主要因素,通过因子分析及信度检验,认为利益、风险、伙伴关系、行业环境及潜在能力是影响石油企业自主创新联盟的主要因素。
