家庭因素对农民工回流意愿的影响

基于在浙江省宁波市所做的问卷调查,探讨了农民工的返乡回流意愿及其影响因素。结果显示,农民工中的大部分在近两年有回乡发展和就业的打算,农民工的返乡回流意愿与其家庭特征、个体特征、社会经济特征、地区特征都有着十分密切的联系。同时,外出打工的农民工在最终返乡后,回归农村土地的可能性在逐渐减少。针对流入地政府,提出了优化农民工工作生活环境、完善农民工教育培训体系、为农民工提供住房优惠等政策建议,以减少农民工返乡回流意愿。

Influence of Family Factors on Migrant Workers' Backflow Intention

Based on the questionnaire survey in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes mi-grant workers” backflow intention and the affecting factors. The result shows that most of them have re-turning intention to their hometowns for personal development and employment in the near future, and their return migration intention is linked closely with their family factors, individual factors, social eco-nomic factors, regional factors and so on. In addition, after returning home, the migrant workers will not choose to return to the rural fields. Finally the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for local governments to retard the trend of peasant-workers” return migration.
