| 摘 要： | 通过对我国法定继承制度的探析,指出我国法定继承制度中存在的问题以及如何对它的完善。《继承法》应顺应变化的社会关系的需要,对法定继承人的范围和顺序进行修改,扩大法定继承人的范围,防止由于核心家庭的出现而出现无人继承遗产的情况,保护公民的私有财产所有权。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a probe into the system of intestate succession in China, pointing out some existing problems and attempting to find ways to perfect. In order to meet the demand of changeable social relations and protect the citizens' private ownership of property, the scope and sequence of legal heirs shall be modified in the Inheritance Law so as to expand the scope of succession and prevent the default of legal heirs owing to the appearance of nuclear families. |
