| 摘 要： | 我国湘鄂西土家族、苗族原始图腾崇拜的祭祀礼仪中,蕴含着丰富的体育文化.体育文化在宗教祭祀过程中作为一种载体,演绎着人神之间的沟通,并丰富和延续了宗教的存在与发展;宗教又给予了体育文化一个实践的时间和空间,并形成了巨大的社会健康效应.

| Abstract: | Plentiful content of physical education is embodied in primitive totem worship in Tujia and Miao nationalities, which shows that religion and physical education is integration. Physical education is the carrier of religious sacrifice, connecting human with divine being. On the other hand, religion provides physical education with practical time and space. |
