| Abstract: | This article deals with the current saituation of China's state-owned banks and the difficulties they face, proposing the share-holding system as a trend for the commercialization-oriented reform of state-owned banks, expounding the major problems emerging in the reform towards the share-holding system, and putting forward some countermeasures. |
