Making Good Use of Foreign Capital:An Important way to National Industry Development

With more and more foreign Capital coming into China,there are different views regarding how to use foreign capital and how to protect national industries. In his book On Foreign Capital Utilization ,Professor Wangqiyun summarizes the experience of different countries in using foreign capital and makes an extensiue research into the various problems exsiting in the course of our current use of foreign capital and puts foward some principles on the reasonable utilization of foreign capital, presenting a series of suggestions with regard to the policy and managment of foreign capital utilization in our country.
