河北省静脉产业可持续发展对策研究

改革开放三十年以来,河北省经济持续快速增长,但随着工业化、现代化、城市化的进一步发展,资源、环境与社会经济发展的矛盾越来越突出,生态建设和环境保护的形势日益严峻.本文通过对河北省静脉产业发展现状与存在问题进行分析,认为发展静脉产业符合河北省省情,是走循环经济之路,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然归宿,也是河北省实施可持续发展战略的重要途径和必要保障,并提出了发展静脉产业的对策.
