| 摘 要： | 随着基础教育改革的不断深化,其对培养未来教师的高师院校提出了更高要求,而高校在人才培养模式和教学内容等方面的探索和改革已经明显滞后。在对高师院校文科类专业现有培养模式存在问题进行总结和分析的基础上,应建立一种“立交桥”式的人才培养模式,以期适应基础教育改革和发展的需要。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reformation of basic education, there are higher requirements on training fu- ture teachers for higher normal colleges. The exploration and reform have lagged for the colleges and universities in talent training mode and teaching content. This paper intends to the summary and analysis on the problems ex- isting in the arts talent training mode of higher normal colleges, and a ＂overpass＂ type training model is proposed in order to meet the need of basic education reformation and development. |
