| 摘 要： | 针对我国转型期失业率与失业人数呈上升趋势 ,失业群变动构成中“升、大、低、不均”态势明显的严峻挑战 ,对其由计划经济体制转向市场经济体制的深层演化历史成因 ,和当前市场经济与充分就业双重瓶颈的现实困惑 ,以及由我国特殊国情不可避免所带来的诸多“二难”选择矛盾和主要问题作了全面深入的客观实证分析和辩证理论探讨。
