我国高校专业设置趋同问题探析

20世纪90年代以来我国高校专业设置趋同现象越来越严重。究其原因，主要是因为高校受利益驱动和盲目追求学科专业齐全，以及增设专业时缺乏对劳动力市场的调查和预测所致。因此，建立高校专业设置和人才供求的预警机制，改革高等教育经费投入模式，增强企业在高校专业设置和人才培养中的作用，是减少高校专业设置趋同现象的重要手段。

On the Issue of the Specialty Convergence in China's Universities and Colleges

Specialty convergence in China＇ s universities and colleges has become more and more serious since 1990s. For the sake of obtaining profits, universities and colleges competed with each other to set up as many subjects as possible blindly without investigating and forecasting the demand of graduates in advance when they a new specialty,which lead to the issue of the major convergence. The solution to solve the problem is estab set up lishing alert mechanisms for the selection of specialty to be set up and the supply of graduates, reforming the educational funds investment system, and enhancing the enterprises＇ role in the specialty construction of the majors and the cultivation of the students.
