On the security and the law approval of the electronic archives

With the development of the electronic computer technology speedly,electronic file,electronic archives emerged in a large amount even.The management of the electronic file,especially the safety and secret and the law approval of the electronic file has ap-proved to be the key point.It is alse the problem in need of solution for the workers.This text analysed the characteristic of the elec-tronic archives and the factors that influence electronic archives security,expounded the question about the law approval of the elec-tronic archives through the discussions on the originality,security and stability of the electronic archives.
