居民财产收入的范围、统计及其对个人收入的影响

现行国民收入核算对财产收入核算的范围过窄,不符合财产收入的性质。当研究个人收入分配而不是描述国民收入总体循环时,利用现行国民经济核算的口径对居民财产收入水平和个人收入差距进行计量,会造成极大误差。应将所有财产带来的收入、财产自营收入、企业留存收益和财产增值收入等都列入财产收入统计。这对于正确认识收入分配现状,正确推动让更多居民拥有财产性收入关系重大。
