| 摘 要： | 制度权威和个人权威是社会权威关系的两种基本形式。二者分别代表着两种不同的权威力量,起着不同的社会作用。同时,制度权威和个人权威又具有内在的统一性。制度权威和社会权威对立统一的基础在于现实社会的物质关系。社会权威关系的历史发展呈现出制度权威日益成为社会权威主导形式的历史趋势。

| Abstract: | Institutional authority and personal authority are the fundamental forms of the relationship among different social authorities. They both on its own part represent two different powers of authority, and play different social roles. At the same time, institutional authority and personal authority bear their own innate unity. The basis for the opposition and unity of institutional authority and personal authority lies in the realization of the practical social relations. The development of social authority relationship reveals the historic tendency that institutional authority has increasingly become the leading form of social authority relationship. |
